DRIFTER SHOW ROOM

This was our first system installed in South Africa and is the home to our base of operations.

The brew house is a 2 vessel uni system where the mashtun serves as a kettle as well. The brewery has a current fermentation capacity of 9000L  per month. 

​Features include:

• In-line 100% O2 addition through a Venturi
• Accurate temperature control to 0,1 of a degree celsius on all fermentation vessels.
• Raking arms to minimize wastage
• Dry hopping addition ports
• CIP cleaning systems
• VFD's on all pumps and agitators
• 3 stage heat exchanger
• Green efficient systems and pumps in order to save water and energy consumption.
• Keg cleaning and filling machines (fully automated)
