Zwakala Brewery

 Our most beautiful brewery installation yet. This state of the art system is situated in Limpopo province near the small town of Haenertsburg.

The system is a 1000L two vessel steam jacketed brewhouse that includes a 2000L hot liquor tank and a 2000L Glycol bank.

​Features include:

• In-line 100% O2 addition through a Venturi
• Accurate temperature control to 0,1 of a degree celsius on all fermentation vessels.
• Raking arms to minimize wastage
• Dry hopping addition ports
• CIP cleaning systems
• VFD's on all pumps and agitators
• 3 stage heat exchanger
• Green efficient systems and pumps in order to save water and energy consumption.
